By campus, by month
The All campuses row counts each person once, so it can be one or two lower than the campus rows added together.
Dallas by route
Dallas has three ways to finish JOIN. Each person is credited to the route that finished them first, so the routes add up to the Dallas total.
What happened after JOIN
Everyone who finished JOIN in the window lands in exactly one group, so each row adds up to the people who finished JOIN at that campus.
How to read this
Serving means a volunteer check-in scan at any campus on or after the day they finished JOIN.
Too soon to tell means they finished JOIN in the last 30 days and have not served yet. Most people who serve start within a few weeks, so they are not counted as lost yet.
On a team, not serving means they are on a Planning Center serve team but have no check-in since JOIN. Someone placed them, and the next step is getting them scheduled or finding out what happened.
Never placed means they are not on any serve team and have not served. These are the people most likely to have slipped through after JOIN.
Made inactive means Planning Center now marks them inactive, usually because they moved or went to another church. No longer in Planning Center means the profile was merged or deleted.
Online JOIN is mostly people who watch from home, so a low serving rate there is expected.
Fort Worth and Guatemala City have no JOIN list in Planning Center, so they do not appear here. That is a gap in what we can see, not a zero.
